SellMyFactoryEquipment provides a way to submit information about industrial equipment for review, with the goal of connecting sellers with buyers, dealers, brokers, auctioneers, or liquidators. We are not a party to any resulting sale, we do not take title to equipment, and we do not handle purchase funds, escrow, shipping, or rigging.

Submitting equipment does not guarantee that it will sell, that any particular buyer will express interest, that any particular price will be achieved, or that any particular timeline will be met. We do not provide formal appraisals and are not a licensed auctioneer, appraiser, or equipment dealer.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and files you submit, and for having the right to sell or offer for sale the equipment you describe. Do not submit information about equipment you don't own or aren't authorized to sell.

Don't use this site to submit false information, upload malicious files, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with the operation of the site. We may decline to process a submission for any reason, including suspected fraud or spam.

Nothing on this site constitutes legal, tax, financial, appraisal, or engineering advice. Consult an appropriate professional for advice specific to your situation.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
