Sell Plastics & Rubber
Plastics processing equipment is typically sold with an eye toward tonnage, shot size, and screw configuration for injection molders, or die and extruder specifications for extrusion lines. Auxiliary equipment — dryers, chillers, granulators, robots — often moves with the primary machine.
What we look at
- Clamping tonnage and shot size for injection molding machines; screw diameter and L/D ratio for extruders.
- Included molds, dies, or tooling, and whether they transfer with the sale.
- Auxiliary equipment: material dryers, chillers, take-off robots, and granulators.
- Hours on the machine and most recent PM/service records, if available.
- Electrical service and any specialized foundation or footprint requirements.
What buyers typically ask
- — What is the clamping tonnage and shot size?
- — Are molds, dies, or tooling included in the sale?
- — What auxiliary equipment (dryers, chillers, robots) is included?
- — What are the electrical requirements?
