Factory Liquidation
A factory liquidation usually means disposing of production equipment, tooling, and support machinery on a deadline — often tied to a lease expiration, a sale of the facility, or a broader restructuring. The equipment involved can range from a handful of standalone machines to the full contents of a plant floor.
What's typically involved
Most factory liquidations combine several categories of equipment: production machinery, material handling (conveyors, forklifts, racking), and support systems like compressors and electrical distribution equipment.
You rarely need a complete, itemized inventory before starting. A walkthrough description, a rough count, and photos are enough for us to begin evaluating the opportunity — a detailed equipment list can follow once the process is underway.
Timeline considerations
Deadlines matter in a liquidation, and they affect how equipment is disposed of. A facility with six months before lease-end has more options than one with three weeks. Tell us your timeline early so it can factor into how the opportunity is evaluated.
What we do — and don't do
We review liquidation submissions and help connect them with buyers, dealers, brokers, auctioneers, or liquidators appropriate to the equipment involved. We are not ourselves an auctioneer, appraiser, or licensed dealer, and we don't guarantee a sale price or timeline.
